The Gem offers Summer Conference & Guest Accommodations for groups or individuals from June 25th through September 15th. With space for approximately 70 guests, The Gem provides stylish apartment accommodations at an affordable $40 per night one step to OSU’s campus.

Accommodations include a studio room outfitted with a complete kitchen plus microwave, private bath, towels and linens, double bed, and internet access. Conference guests also have access to all of The Gem’s amenities such as fitness center, business center, or relax watching your favorite program on our large screen plasma TV.
