College Housing Northwest – Corvallis has completed our renovation of “The Gem”, named after the first OSU campus newspaper.  The Grand Opening for The Gem was on May 17th, 2006 and celebrated the completion and our first residents moving in!  The renovation has created private, trendy affordable studios, lofts, one bedroom and multi-bedroom apartments for OSU graduate students, upper classmen and OSU faculty / staff.

The Gem apartments are all unique and fully furnished with complete kitchens and private baths.  Amenities include all utilities provided plus high speed internet and cable TV.  The Gem also offers a business center, fitness center, café, laundry facility, and community lounges including study lounges, a game room and a TV lounge with a 42” plasma TV.

CHNW - Corvallis strives to make The Gem a unique, safe and enjoyable community.  The Gem offers a variety of community programs and events.  Please see the important information section for upcoming items.

Please refer to the available apartments to see what we have open. Tours are available Monday through Friday, 3pm to 5pm or by appointment.  Please come by The Gem to see all that we have to offer you!
