College Housing Northwest provides housing in seven unique properties, all located in downtown Portland. Any student who is attending a college or university of higher education is eligible to live in our apartments. Students attending PSU, OHSU, PCC, PNCA, Art Institute, The Culinary Institute or other schools of higher education are all eligible.

College Housing Northwest believes in housing that works just as hard as the students living there. Providing clean, quiet, and affordable living in prime locations is a big part of our mission. Making sure our properties are environmentally sound is another. We also believe in fostering a strong student community, giving our residents the chance to grow beyond the classroom.
