When Housing Northwest establishes operations at new locations, it carefully evaluates the philosophical values, history, goals, and unique makeup of each institution’s student body, administration, faculty, and alumni. An evaluation is also conducted on the existing facilities, both from an operational and programmatic perspective. By carefully considering these factors, Housing Northwest is able to develop a local operating culture which emulates and complements the host institution’s.
We are successful in implementing residential programming to a varied group of students. Whether it is first time freshman or graduate students with a family we can direct residents to the resources on-campus and off-campus to create a supportive living and learning environment. HNW trains staff extensively to aid students in their personal and scholastic pursuits. HNW will work in partnership with the host institution to ensure that the educational and social programs provided are tailored to the needs of the resident population
We feel strongly that university administration provides the direction which the rest of the campus’ resources and contracts should follow, and will strive to uphold and disseminate their culture, values, and mission throughout our operations.
