Housing Northwest, Inc. is a Portland-based, non-profit property management company established in 1969. Our mission is to provide quality affordable housing in a way that supports the personal growth and development of its residents.

For nearly 40 years, we have been the preeminent provider of affordable housing for students in the State of Oregon. As our mission has expanded to include management for low-income individuals and families, we have hired the most highly qualified and well trained management professionals in the affordable housing field. Housing Northwest, Inc. (HNW) is not a typical management company. Our Board of Directors and staff have committed to excellence by adhering to the following guiding principles:
